How to prepare and track a PTA complaint
Gather the right details for a telecom complaint, use the official PTA portal for PTA complaint and keep a clear record of follow-up.
On this page
For a telecom service dispute, first keep a record of your contact with the operator. PTA’s Complaint Management System provides account-based complaint submission and tracking. Use the official portal for personal information and attachments.
Before opening the complaint
Write a short timeline: what happened, when it happened, which operator is involved, and what you have already requested. Save the operator’s reference number and response. State the result you want, such as investigating an unknown registration or correcting a record.
Submit PTA complaint through the official route
- Open PTA’s complaint portal.
- Create or access your account and complete the portal’s verification.
- Select the category that matches your actual problem.
- Add a clear description and relevant operator reference.
- Review attachments, submit and retain the tracking details.
Only provide the information the official process requires. Do not upload unrelated conversations, other people’s identity documents or passwords.
Track the response
Use the same complaint reference when following up. Read requests for further information carefully and respond through the official channel. Keep copies of replies and note whether the action actually fixed the issue.
If the portal does not load
Try again later or reach PTA through the contact options published on its main website. A temporary error does not justify moving your identity documents to an unofficial complaint agent.
What this process cannot promise
A submission is not automatic acceptance of your claim. This guide does not guarantee restoration, blocking, refunds or a resolution time. Money disputes and suspected crimes can require separate reports; see fraud reporting routes.
