How to report and block SIM that is unauthorised
Prepare an operator complaint about an unfamiliar SIM registration, preserve your records and follow up through the appropriate channels to block SIM.

An unfamiliar connection against your identity needs an operator investigation. Start with the network shown in your registration result. Ask about an unauthorised registration rather than requesting routine closure of a connection you recognise.
Prepare your Pakistan SIM information
Keep the date of the count check, the network name and your own known connections. Have your valid identity document ready for an authorised verification process. Do not email a CNIC copy to an address taken from an unsolicited message.
Report the discrepancy
- Open the operator’s official support website or visit an authorised service centre.
- Explain which registration count you dispute and why.
- Ask the operator to investigate and secure any connection issued without your authorisation.
- Follow its identity-verification requirements through the verified channel.
- Obtain a complaint reference and the next follow-up date.
Keep blocking and disowning separate
Emergency blocking can stop use of a connection. Disowning or closing it changes the subscriber relationship. Ask the operator which action it has completed and whether anything remains attached to your record.
If someone describes a waiting period or charge, ask whether it applies to your specific disputed-registration case. Do not rely on a general fee or deadline from an unrelated article.
Follow up
Recheck your registration count after the operator says it has corrected the record. Keep the closure confirmation. If the issue remains unresolved, use PTA complaint preparation. A complaint submission is not a promise of a particular outcome or completion date.
