ONIC SIM help, ownership and support

Find ONIC support for your own SIM, prepare a registration query and use the correct route for a lost or unfamiliar connection.

Prepared 8 October 2026 · General guidance; check current provider requirements

Use the official ONIC website and its support routes for your current subscription. Confirm the current status of the product and the procedure that applies to you before purchasing or changing service.

Get the right issue to support

ONIC-related availability and regulatory claims can change. This guide does not repeat a third-party shutdown, merger or activation claim without an official source. Ask support about your existing number, physical SIM or eSIM, account access and any announced transition that affects you.

Registration and ownership

For a count of connections against your identity, use the CNIC checking guide. For a specific subscriber-record discrepancy, ask ONIC to verify the record through its authorised process. Do not post your identity document or MNP response in a public comment.

Lost SIM or suspected misuse

Contact the operator promptly about securing the connection. Keep the reference and ask how to obtain an authorised replacement. If you dispute a registration, follow unauthorised SIM reporting. If the response does not resolve a telecom complaint, review PTA escalation.

Balance, bundles and service codes

Use the operator's official app or current published self-service instructions. A USSD menu can lead to a paid subscription; read the confirmation before accepting. Codes, bundle prices and call charges can change, so this page does not label an unverified code list as complete or free.
